Having been part of so many retreats ourselves, we can fully appreciate how important the food is to its success.
Our retreat menus are focused on whole foods, nutrition and flavour. Designed to nourish and sustain while supporting your participants dietary needs during their stay.
Plant-based and gluten free meals are abundant, colourful and delicious. Everything is made from scratch using thoughtfully sourced organic ingredients where ever possible.
We like to work closely with the facilitator and craft a menu to suit the particular needs and budget of the retreat.
From a single day meet up to a week long seminar we can provide sustenance during break times, allowing everyone a chance to recharge, reset and get ready for the next session.
Three meals a day and mid morning + afternoon snacks are usually standard with all day fruit bowls, yogi tea, chai, juices, coffee and dessert also available.
